Orders are shipped between Monday to Friday 9-5PM GMT, excluding UK Bank Holidays. If an order is made outside of these hours, it will be shipped at the next available opportunity within the above time frame.
Refund Policy
Refunds are eligible for up to 14 days from the order delivery date. E.g If you receive your order on the 1st of the month, please ensure it reaches us by 15th of the month in order for us to process without complication. Make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase to avoid any possible disappointment.
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered if you feel there is an issue with your order. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order and after this point, we might not be able to assist with any problems due to the time that has elapsed.
Non-returnable Items - Socks, underwear and customised items will not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available on site, if you wish to receive another size or item, please return your current order and re-purchase the size/item you would like on site.
